We need a component that can be used in any chrome extension. It needs to be modular so it can be included in an extension package. In chrome extensions, there are often errors that are not seen, you have to look at "manage extensions" to see that their is an error. We need to trap for any error that would show in "manage extensions" and insert a yellow line at the top of the page that alerts the user and shows the error AND time it occurred.
