Build prototype of embedded GIS / Mapping solution. We have an existing ASP.NET MVC application which we are building an integrated GIS feature for. The GIS feature will display an interactive map with several shapes overlaid on the map. The shapes are stored as GeoJSON shapes within our database. Prototype must interact with our database to retrieve the shapes and display on the integrated map. We are targeting MapBox as our GIS platform, so the resource hired must have advanced experience using that platform. The hired resource will advise us on best practices for Mapbox integration, shape manipulation and storage, and other ongoing GIS features.
We need a GUI for our software that needs to use GIS maps and information to make calculations. We want an online registration tool, different map formats to be loaded and results are given in pdf format. Engineering background is a bonus. (We also accept solutions based on web app)

We have latitude & longitude (X, Y) and want to add Z for value of data from user. Then show weather zones using isolines. It may be possible to display isolines using Leaflet or another GIS platform you recommend.
