Convert a Logo into DXF Format for Lasercutting

Logo to stay the same. Just needed a variant to suit laser cutting on steel sheet (will act as a grill on a car). So needs to be more of an outline than a cutout or have a mesh grill incorporated into the free space. The logo in its current state is not suitable for grill design as the cutout is too large and allows debris to enter. Please refer to photos. The cutout is in steel sheet. A lot of entries are inverted so will not suit. NOTE: the term ‘laser cutting’ has nothing to do with the design. This is the industrial application on how the logo will be cut into steel sheet.
