It's hardly 1-2 hour work. I've already implemented and tested part c of your problem for corruption rate and loss rate of 0.5(which clearly, is far higher than required), before putting this bid. The code is properly commented so that you can understand it better. If you need further help in understanding, even after the project is over, you can message me.
