We are looking for a vision expert to solve calibration of the positioning of Pan-Tilt-Zoom camera (Sony EVI-D70) with respect to an image from a reference camera.
The output script(s) (written either in C# or Python) should:
* Calibrate the PTZ camera with respect to reference camera
* Display the feed from both cameras (reference camera might need to be flipped)
* The user should be able to describe the rectangle (can be in command line) on a reference camera feed, the Pan-Tilt-Zoom camera feed should then position itself so that
it displays the area in the rectangle
We have an exemplary code written in C# for Universal Windows Applications that can be used for as a baseline for sending commands to the PTZ camera.

I have excellent experience with opencv and the mathematical framework of camera projection model.
