so to convert Text to PDFs we can use any state of the are machine learning model, or any proprietary software because those are the best and handle all possible cases. maybe cost you little per month like 10$ or 20$ but we can also build it using Python, Python already has great modules for that too but there are some edge case which it can't solve "your decision here matters" and for the email sending part, we Use amazon SES which costs you around "$0.1 per 1,000 emails" which is dirt cheap I can set up that for you, or we can use simply your email too which is free. let's have a chat and learn more about options trust me I can build this otherwise I don't bit and waste your time please give me this project I need this Best Anish
