Hello, I have a genetic algorithm which is used for scheduling purposes. I need to accelerate the speed of the algorithm with GPU computing. Either c or python knowledge is essential. We will work step by step with the freelancer. He/she will code the algorithm with python or c . After that, same algorithm will be coded to work with a GPU (this process is also new for me, i am open for coding methodology). I am expected to improve the algorithm speed about 10-40 times faster. Both the sequential code and GPU code will be written by the freelancer. Algorithm details are the flow of the algorithm will be shared for those who are interested to the project. I prefer python as the coding language...

Hi, I have 4 years of experience with python. I also have done a project using GPU. However, I had used C and openCL as the main and the GPU languages. I am currently in the process of moving the C code to python code. This project would help me as well. I have simulated optical waveguides in silicon using AMD radeon 5750 GPU. Compared to i7 processor with serialized C program, the GPU gave me results that were almost 7 times faster. I would suggest using C for serialized codes, because the C program would be compiled and would run much faster than python program. However, choice of C or python as host language would not affect the performance of GPU code significantly. Please contact me so that we can discuss the project.

Hi, I finished Master degree of Science, Department of Electronic at Electrical Engineering faculty in Belgrade. I was top at my class.
