Use Windows SDK and Emokit (Matlab, phyton and/or C) and integrating it with OpenVibe or Brainstorm environment for signal processing and function assignin. (Once the technical details are dealt with it will be possible to use additional software such as OpenVibe and/or Brainstorm to program the certain signals from the brain and assign it to specific function of the physical or digital device we would like to control). (preferably Matlab)

Hi! I am an experienced c/c++/matlab programmer, and I can help you with your project. Also, as an electronic engineer I have worked with Emotiv Epoc as part of some research projects, so I am familiarized with the Emotiv hw/sw. As I understand, you want to make sure that Emotiv Epoc works perfectly with Matlab (Emokit) and Openvibe; i.e., being able to get data directly from the Emotiv Headset to process it using either Matlab or Openvibe for further processing.
