Build a styled dashboard UI from wireframes

Hi, Greetings of the day. We are a team of skilled software developers who have very good experience on Microsoft technology stack like C#, asp.net, SQL Server, WPF, WCF, Sharepoint, etc. I understand that you need the UI developed in WPF as per the attached ppt file. We have developed such UI before where we can collapse and resize individual panels, so I think that we are a good fir for this project. I have a question though - do you have all this functionality ready, and need a UI to bind to that functonality, or you already have a UI present and need to change that UI? Hello, Based on your description and attached document I understood you need a WPF designed dashboard with all controls to support some kind of finance/business application. According the graphs it is some kind of Forex application. Regarding the work I would prefer to design all controls from scratch and not using the Telerik or others. The application tends to be slow with a lot of unwanted overhead. The most complex part is the graph and suppose it must work almost live. WPF in general is not so good for this but some workarounds are always possible. I have done similar graphs but less complex for other customers and can send you some screenshots. For the other details I would like to discuss because I suppose it will be required even some work on the background code to make a good application architecture.
