We currently run a Windows application with POS features and stock management capability. The current Software is written in VB6 and is connected directly to the local MSSQL database. We are currently writing a separate backend layer in .NET 7 to handle the business logic and database connection. We are looking for a developer to build our software's new frontend version. The design is not touch-based but for a mouse and keyboard. The Software handles simple daily tasks such as buying and selling items and several more complex reports. We are still open to defining the tech stack to be used. Avalonia would be one option that we are considering.
