Greetings Sir/Madam. I see that you need a video compression tool developed in .NET framework. I've more than 3 years of experience in developing different .NET based applications, and have also a nice idea about image processing, compression algorithms (both lossy, and lossless), playing with the frames, and similar techniques. I can also do the work using open-source third party tools like ffmpeg, if required. Otherwise, I'll provide efficient working solution, totally original, with best market standards. Also, the delivered code will be nicely written, readable, and perfectly documented. Waiting for a positive response.

Hello, The software will be very easy to implement and shouldn't take more than 5 days. I've been an IT Manager and CTO (Programmer C#) for almost 10 years. I can send the CV on private chat. In addition, if you have in mind a compression codec please specify otherwise will use .AVI? using FFMpeg codec. Thank you.
