I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using C or C++.Hi there, I would like to develop a computer programme that would allow you to have an aerial image of a farm, add contour lines to the farm, and then be able to add by drawing in - streams, overland flow paths showing their direction with arrows and silt traps. I would also like to add polygons that could be partially shaded to show areas of plantings and areas that need planting. It would be great if this could then generate a calculation of the area encompassed on the ground. So you think this is possible and at what likely cost? Many thanks
