Hello there, I'm a pharmacist by education and data scientist by profession and experience who is already working on NER and ML models, so i can best-fit in your project requirement I have 5 months of experience in building and fine tuning NER models specially when it comes to models like flair it is very hard to make them work in line but i did that somehow. Speaking about the domain expertise, I m clinical background + Data scientist.I have a good knowledge of clinical data research because I m pharmacy graduate also. I created a pipeline for a 16 custom class NER where i also optimised the model to make sure it can handle concurrency as well. I created model but also knew that we all need some UI for the evaluation and also for the results. I can create the visualization over the internet that u can access from any device with user decided credentials also.
