Need to reply to an incoming email message with and sms message containing a specific link. The subject of the email contains the recipient's phone number and text to determine which link to send. Need something that can be easily managed as I am no programming expert. No need to develop much software as I am open for you to configure existing tools in the cloud and pass down credentials when finished. Open to any other suggestions.

Hi, I am expert python programmer and I can create the program and setup it on cloud to run. I have completed multiple such projects. There is option of AWS lambda where you even donot need a server, program will be hosted on lambda and it will be only triggered on email receipt and AWS charges will be minimal. mostly it will be sms cost. Thanks
