hi there, I am interested in helping you here. I understand that you already have a scrapping tool which is doing fine but you need to scale it up to match your expectations of daily extracts. Before I suggest you can I get little more information about what your current setup is like? If that is too early for you to discuss and if I would have to suggest you for you to decide a bidder, I would have used Scrappy with Tor and Polipo. if you are already using this setup , please see if you have any throttling enabled. Sometimes while scrapping people implement certain mechanism to slow things down to appear like a human interaction to prevent sites from blocking them.

I have experience in in helping with things like this as I have had to do this for both my sister and father to help launch their business website
