I'd like a Discord Bot for our server that can do the following: Prefix: # Single Command: #journal : Bot will create a custom chat channel. The permissions for this chat channel will be [@everyone : View only] & [User that initiated command : Send, View & Manage messages only]. I'd like it set up so as a user can only activate this command one time per channel they have. If they have a channel up, the command cannot be used, with a knockback message saying "You already have a channel".
