The project seems interesting and is fairly easy as well. An EC2 instance can be spun off using Terraform which I am expert of, it is more like a script but more efficient and can reduce the time for deployment of server and running scripts INSIDE it fairly simple and easy. Terraform is used by Uber, Slack, Instacart, etc and has zero cost. Let me know if you need this quick, and with quality.
