I want to start off by saying we are a US based software company with over 10 years experience in software development, project management and marketing. Further more we have been featured in the likes of ABC, FOX and many more. I am sure there are plenty of cheaper bids but the issue you will run into is having someone who is truly versed with building you out a true clone of Amibroker. It is a complex software, all trading software is. Also your budget is WAY to low for the complexity of what you are looking for and to work on mobile. What you are looking for is pretty straight forward, we would build out either adobe air app for the core software or make it web based which you could lock down behind a members portal. We move fast, are articulate and require that communication stay open and clear throughout the creation process. In the beginning we will need a few 20-60 minute conversations with you to get all details, design elements and outlines of content.
