We are looking to create a survey/competition entry from to work on an Ipad or Android. It will need to work offline and store the data and then export into excel. We will be running 2 to 4 devices simultaneously with the same program. The survey would be pretty simple, First Name: Surname: Address: Suburb: Postcode: Phone: Email: these would need to go to separate columns in Excel. Then a couple of other questions that would download into a larger free from text box that would also go into excel. Things like radial buttons for age, a pictorial choice of what they may be interested in and then space for them to write more info. We would also like the entrants to receive a thank you email when the data is downloaded, we can prepare that email separately. The survey would be customized in our colours and logo.
