Need a full time Drupal developer

I have a long list of projects that must be completed and I am looking for ONE (or more) person that can help me, work with me and complete these projects. You will be paid when the project is complete and we have been paid. If you are only interested in making money then I am not interested in you. I am looking for someone to make lots of money in the long run and not someone interested in making a fast buck.
