Drupal Domain Access Module Rules

We need some custom rules for Drupal's Domain Access, Relation and Domain Rules modules. We have two content types setup, a parent type and a child type, there is a relation connecting the two types. We want a rule and a way to execute the rule so that when we add or remove the parent type from some Domain Access domains, the child types also get added or removed.
