WebDAV implementation for IIS as ISAPI extension in VC++

This project is to implement the WebDAV specification as on RFC2518. I know that IIS has a webdav implementation, however I do not know if that can be extended with my requirement or a new implementation have to be done. Future reading about webdav: [login to view URL] The implementation has to authenticate against a SQL Server 2000 database (I will provide a COM which talk with the SQL Server) Also the activity of, upload, download, copy and delete will be log (via the above specified COM). The root of the user folder will come via the above COM. Also extra folders have to be added to the root with different security level. These folders will be provided as an ADO recordset. To have a picture of what am I talking about have a look at [login to view URL] at the mapping part of the file system. This will make it clear than try to explain it. To speed up the process I do not mind if you propose to use any public code (or portion of it) like [login to view URL] Also for first version I’m looking at supporting only class 1 (no locking), with class 2 at a later date. The implementation has to support the SSL part of IIS.
