Logon script / software

I will call this piece of scripting or application : program What I need is a small vbscript / program to be runned at logon on a domain running Active Directory. The program will be started by a logon script. It will then popup a window (if possible in full screen) with a text containing some terms and conditions of use. The user will have the posibillity to "Agree" or "Disagree"? with the terms and conditions. If the users agrees with the terms and conditions the program will create a text file on the %systemroot% folder. The file will be a text file named as the users logon name and will contain : - the IP address of the user - the name of the user - the date and time of the execution In the same time , same file will have to be saved on a share on a central server. A small logical description of the program : Start After the start the program will generate a small log file with the timestamp when the program was started so we can later check if the program ever runned on a machine or not. Check if a file with the name "[login to view URL]" exists in the %systemroot% If the file exists then go to end. If the file does not exist then display a popup window with the terms and condition where the user will be able to press "Agree" or "Disagree" -If the user Agrees then the software will create the "[login to view URL]" on the %systemroot% and a copy on a specified share then will exit and continue with logon process. -if the user disagrees the program will exit and will initiate a Log Off process. If possible The progranm should detect an ALT+F4 or a termination of itself and if that is detected then initiate a logoff. A few details : The popup window will have to read the terms and conditions from a text file located on a [login to view URL] ERP system requiers .Net Framework 1.1 or higher and not all the machines are running .Net Framewaork 2.0 or higher but all the machines are running at least .Net Framework 1.1 We can not undergo a domain wide upgrade process of the .net framework right now. Perquisites : Windows 2003 Active Directory Domain Programming languages : Vbscript , .Net , Visual Basic ## Deliverables Small details will be discussed on the way. The POPUP window must also include a Header text that will say : Hello "username".
