CCTV software integration

This project will be a software integration of a CCTV software suite with a perimeter security fence product from another company. Both companies provide SDKs and full documentation on how to generate alarms and receive alarms from and to their software systems. The generating alarm processing software will monitor a serial port for updates from another program. As this information is generated from the serial port a program will populate an object that will contain information that needs to be sent to the other CCTV application. That application has an independent SDK to send alarm info via TCP ports. The perfect installation scenario will have 1 PC acting as the perimeter fence alarm receiving station via serial ports that will then parse and send this info via TCP to a PC running the CCTV mangement suite. Again, both interfaces have open SDKs with which to work. No graphical user interface is needed.
