Goal: A map and web interface to enable online users to quickly post a message and photo with their location and have it display on the map on our website. Background: After tragically losing our 14-yr-old son, Elijah, we started [login to view URL] in his honor. Elijah's legacy centers around his quote: "Start everything with kindness and the end will be okay." Key to this non-profit are kindness coins we will distribute by the thousands. These are sequentially numbered and will point to the website. When someone receives a coin for their act of kindness, we want them to register their numbered coin, include a photo (optional) and short description of why they received it, and post it to our online map. The map should be public, interactive, and mobile-friendly. We'd like users to click a spot on the map where a coin was registered and read the blurb about it. Should allow for potentially thousands of individual locations/registrations. See [login to view URL] to see the placeholder we're currently using.
