Responsibilities: • Contacting targeted individuals and businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote upcoming event in Mexico. • Solicit for RSVP from businesses and individuals. • Explain and handle delegate inquiries. • Contact clients to follow up on initial interaction. • Initiates, coordinates and/or participates in all efforts to publicize event. •Do any other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior. Essential Skills and Experience: •A seasoned outbound caller with demonstrable success in telesales, telemarketing or lead generation •Intelligent and quick witted •Excellent oral communication skills and superb listening skills combined with a professional phone manner, a consultative approach and tone of voice •Highly organised and self motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks •Confident in overcoming rejection and setting challenging goals on a daily basis •Must be able to work accurately, under pressure, to meet strict deadlines, and work with staff • Fluency in English and Spanish
