I took several curses for my PhD about Machine Learning and I used this tool for my work. The approach will be to generate your data set, do some feature engineering, train several ensemble machine learning models with cross validation and finally test de model. If the results aren't enough for you I would search an other approach like deep learning if the amount of data is sufficient. If you are not happy with the results, I can reject your pay.

Since I have a hands on experience in working with machine learning, Deep learning and Natural language processing, So I have worked on lot of the task similar to this where we have given lot of features and we have to predict anything which is somewhere related to those features or can be predicted if the multiple features can get combined. Since in this Question each feature has some contribution in predicting the age of diabetes, if We discuss about these then our family history has some relation with the age of diabetes, also if a person exercise daily has a less chance of suffering from diabetes in the early age compare to the person who is doing exercise monthly or early. Also consuming sugar will increase the chance of suffering from diabetes and if a person consume it in early phase of the age, then it has a chance of suffering from diabetes in early age. So, every features has its own importance and based on value of each, applying deep learning models and getting accuracy, we will finally be able to predict the age at which it will suffer from diabetes at the time of testing if all features is given as input.
