SMS Messages, MMS Messages - Receive Them On Defined Phone Number

In the past I was very much UNsuccessful with finding developer on my project. So this time I am going to keep description as brief as possible. I need the desktop software for Windows 10 and any upcoming version. The software must be able to receive sms/mms message on ANY WORLDWIDE phone number I define. E.g.: (country code here)(area code here)(remaining digits of phone number here) Any phone number I want, I should be able to type it in the software. If some automated sms (or mms) sending application or human (individual person) is going to send sms (mms) text message they I must be able to receive it in this software application. Obviously at the same time will also receive same message the real owner of particular phone number. There is no way for you to prevent this and I won't ask for that anyway. Priority will have service providers who are also able to develop the software which will besides the main functionality (sms, mms receiving), be able to develop also phone calls receiving on any, my defined, phone number. In case if I won't have in your first message (in your bid) available information whether you are going to develop just for sms and mms messages or for phone calls, besides messages, too, this will be first sign that you are NOT serious and that your bid is a spam, having some automated application bidding on projects, without even considering them.
