We need a form for managing employee timecards that allows for two clock in/out times each day (a break in between for lunch) for a two-week pay period. Users should be able to select times ( 15 minute increments) We need JavaScript code that will take the (validated) clock in/out times for each employee and calculate the hours worked for each week and sum both weeks. The clock punches and PayPeriodTotal are stored into the database upon submission The table structure is attached

i will do this easily. The backend will be mysql, and front end php/asp, html5, javascript. But as proposed, you have not attached the database table structure. please provide this to get a more deep insight.

Hi, Thanks for the description, You are talking about employee time tracker. We have already developed system for the same. Which managing the all in and out record for employees and return the payscale according to it. which developed in asp.net/c#/ajax/javascript/sql server 2008.
