Writing a script for quickly buying an ICO from an online website in 2 to 3 days

This requires a script to be written, with a nice user interface that can automatically buy an "ICO" (Initial coin offering). An ICO is an initial coin offering, using crypto currency (such as bitcoin). The client wants to buy a particular coin on websites such as: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] and other similar ICO's . Before bidding, you should, make an account on the above-mentioned websites, login and check whether you can make a script that can automate the purchase process for the client. I was thinking that if I try to make a "bot/software/script" that carries out the task of “buying” quickly, so that this can be accomplished within 2 seconds. The script written should be user friendly and should be customisable so that the buy process can be used in future websites similar to the above examples. Do take note that some websites require a CAPTCHA when purchasing.
