Geolocation chart (map) with time series

I have an excel file with geolocation data (latitude / longtitude), and 3 additional variables: number of elements, concentration level (expressed as %), and number of sources (discrete: 1, 2, or 3). These are in time-series format (monthly, over period of 5 years). Need to show a visual presentation of changes over time, using a map (all locations are in Morocco). Suggested visuals would be bubbles, as follows: 1) size of bubble = number of elements, 2) color = concentration (3 color-scheme is fine -- green/yellow/red; can provide either raw % or tiered values), and 3) figure next to each bubble denoting number of sources (1-3). Data will be available tomorrow afternoon (GMT); need a (rough) presentation by monday 10am GMT. Eventually would like time series to show up as an animation and allow zoom. However, for the monday deadline, a half-dozen static views are ok. Bid only if you have experience with producing complex mapping charts and can deliver on time. Use software of your choice to create map, but presentation needs to be accessible without having to buy the software.
