I have a signal which I have decomposed using Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) into it's different IMFs. (This is already done, you just need to do next step: GA) Now I want to reconstruct the signal which will be simply the sum of all the IMFs. but I want to do this using a genetic algorithm. The objective function to be minimized will be the Kurtosis of the signal. Initially, before EMD the kurtosis is negative, I want to reconstruct the signal so that the kurtosis is zero or positive, whatever is the maximum value. I want this to be done by May 2nd. $50 is the max budget.
