We are Blue Brick, a student accommodation provider launching next month in Coventry, United Kingdom. We are currently looking for an experienced developer who can help us create a chatbot for our Facebook page. The chatbot will need to fulfil the following criteria: 1. Greet customers who interact with our Facebook page and ask if they want to rent or lease a property • Landlords will be redirected to contact us via email or telephone • Students seeking to lease property will continue the chat 2. Enquire about their property requirements (e.g. budget, no. of bedrooms, etc.) 3. Recommend a suitable property based on their requirements from a pre-provided dataset (with pictures) 4. Allow students to book a viewing with pre-allocated dates and timings Since we are a start-up, our budget is GBP £40, however, we are open to negotiating if you can deliver a high-quality chatbot within 3-5 days.
