Subtitle an Audio file to Word Document // No sync needed

I have a 15 minute long audio file where the Narrator speaks clearly. I need his words written in correct English (US) in a simple word document. They would later be used as subtitles. • Syncing is not needed • Spacing between sentences is not needed The Document should be only 1 long paragraph of all the words the narrator says. • Attaching reference (Image) of the Text file output i want. (Though i want it in Word - Doc) • Attaching the Sound File (15min Long) An example of a file you wrote yourself would be appreciated.
