Create text sync animation in After Effects [Russian]

I have 2 voice overs in Russian . (23min / 06min)
Each voice over need to have on screen text to match the voice over in sync.
No effects or fancy animation needed. (Not even Fade in/out) -
Only one paragraph of text on screen and synced.
That's it.
