Restricting access to a site based on IP, while this restriction doesnt apply for mobile users. C# project

It's easy job for us to track the ip whether it's of mobile or a desktop. We will apply filter for mobile user and then allow them to access. It's seems like 20-25 hour job. Hi! I am a C#/ASP.NET programmer with 3 years of experience in desktop/web applications. I analyzed your issue, however I think the root problem is if you are trying to block access for specific countries or for specific IPs? Each country has some unique IP classes, so based on this the access can be blocked (no matter if mobile or desktop). The difference between devices is pretty easy to implement however I want to find out if this is indeed needed or not.
