Hello, For your project I can suggest to develop the solution using WPF C#, .NET framework for the UI and the C# for listening UDP messages. The Code will be made by averaging the speed data and the movement will be smooth. I can put a green screen or even full transparent. For the speed and RPM meters I can design something similar shown on the youtube demo.
