This will be a C library for managing a client connection to a remote Server over TCP. Specifications are ATTACHED to this project. This is about 2 days for a skilled C programmer. Very simple. Again for a skilled C programmer. Please no quotes for over 3 days to complete I will not accept them. Code most be delivered for LINUX (will be run on CentOS 7.x) but that shouldnt matter. Code must be well documented. Readable. And done to specs (attached) Code must be written so that COMM Connection Manager is a state machine and executes is required functions based on STATE CHANGE. Not a bunch of IF/THEN statement.
