Code injector / Force ip bind - repost

I want an applcation (command based) that can force other application/processes to force them to IP BIND to a different ip address. the application should work behind OpenVPN it should lookup the active TUN/TAP device and use the ip address that is active on that device and IP BIND it to its process. ConnGuard 32 and 64bit exe files. Work for xp->win8 Takes standard input. Functions setStatus: takes a bool (1 or 0) to make the connection guard active or inactive. Usage: status 1 to activate, status 0 for inactivation. install: adds a processID (integer) to the list of available process' to bind. Usage: install 12345. setActive: takes an integer and a bool to make a process ID active. Usage: active 12345 1 unload: removes a processID (integer) to the list of available process' to bind. Usage: unload 12345 exit: closes the application. Usage: exit
