We require a stand alone software program that will allow an event organiser to effortlessly arrange a furniture layout in a predefined function room to optimally seat the required number of guests while at the same time maintaining sufficient space to allow free movement from any seating position. The user (event organiser) will use the program to open a view of the required function room and then drag in tables and chairs from a library of furniture that is available for that room. The user should then be able to label each seat or table as required. Finally, the user must be able to print the resultant layout to scale and / or save the output in PDF format for easy distribution via e-mail.
