We are looking for an IT partner to contract with us and ride the wave of capitalism and recurring income. We want to develop a website which has the following. Please provide an active link for each or similar functionality you've done to get 1st consideration. For example: 1) [login to view URL] etc. 1) Ability to bid, edit bid, remove bid. 2) Ability to post gigs. 3) Ability to rate and comment on buyers and providers. 4) Admin panel with ability to delete both buyer and provider, view income/stats as well as edit content. 5) Escrow payment option. 6) Search Engine Optimized Directory of providers 7) Gold and Platinum Subscription model (e-commerce) with icon showing next to username (name). 8) Features and benefits such as traffic rotator, higher listing, etc. for provider and buyer. 9) Customizable easy to edit buyer and provider profile. 10) [login to view URL] custom link. 11) Rating system which monitors buyer ratings to not tolerate fraudulent or unethical buyer activity. 12) IP and name/ id blocking system to prevent further abuse/ fraud by buyer or provider. 13) Classified portal for employers providers to post jobs and offers for employment which costs flat monthly rate. 14) Smart searching system offering provider ability to search by keyword, time left, budget, etc. 15) Smart search system allowing buyer to search by geographic location (country, state, city, zip), language, rating, price range. IMPORTANT: Search results must be relevant! I have seen some search results which didn't even include the correct matches. 16) We will maintain possession and full rights to ALL of the source code. Please type agree if you agree to this. 17) Email notification options such as when outbid, when jobs in your interest were posted, etc.
