Each day, 24 [login to view URL] files (which look like [login to view URL]) are uploaded to some webpage. My program should do like this: Download July 2's [login to view URL] (so 24 files are downloaded) -> Concatenate these 24 files into one tab-delimited txt file. How it should be concatenated will be described later.

I work with JSON every day in my current job. Your project sounds very easy for me and I could do it quickly. We would need to discuss the format of your concatenated CSV file, because looking at the sample JSON you provided, it uses arrays which can't be expressed in simple CSV. (We'll need to develop some custom format for your CSV file to allow this.)
