CSS/Design Wizard Needed for Creative Kid's Site

| I am looking for a creative designer to help improve an existing CSS/XHTML theme for a creative site for students (grades 4-12). You should have experience with creative website designs, advanced CSS, and themes designed for younger users (ages 8-17). The project involves some graphical and layout improvements for an existing theme. Please see the attachment for site information and to view the existing theme. If this project is successful, I would like to continue work on additional themes. If you are able to create your own creative themes for young users, even better! I am open to fixed price work or work by the hour if I can find the right provider. I am searching for a long-running series of projects with a CREATIVE and original designer who has advanced CSS and XHTML skills. If this is you, I want to to work with you! | ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
