We are a company building web banner ads that loads resources via xml at display time. We need a flash designer programmer that is willing to invest 1 hour or 2 to understand how he can build flash templates that fits the content available and the work flow we work with. You need to have good designer skills experience in what triggers people to click on banner adds know how to load resources dynamically via XML Good coorporation skills We look for an external consultant that is willing to work with us over a longer period.
