I am looking to create a new niche job board focused on jobs in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating/developing job boards. Please show your portfolio of created job boards, and quote your price and expected timeline (goal is early January). Your task: - create a job board that will support the key features listed below. You are more than welcome to suggest and use existing Wordpress plugins / themes, I am happy to pay for them (one-time fee, not a recurring fee) Goal is to initially launch the job board with minimum set of requirements, and only later, with increased traffic, develop more features Key requirements/features of the job board: - job board will be in an European, non-English language; you can develop the job board in English, but I need to be enabled to translate all words/tags/buttons into a different language - suitable for 200 - 500 job postings - sleek and light design - search for jobs by keywords; filtering of jobs by various categories - suitable for multiple different employers to post jobs themselves. Will require employer-specific user accounts and analytics tracking (# of job post views, # of clicks on Apply Now). Not a requirement in this stage: automated invoicing - GDPR compliant - monetization of job postings: employers will pay a fixed fee per each posting for a determined period of time (likely could be done with Woocommerce plugin); There will be various pricing schemes, i.e. basic price, premium price with premium features etc - initially a job seeker will apply to a job posting by clicking Apply Now and will be redirected to the career website of the employer; but I am open to solutions where the application is managed and tracked within my job board - Employer profile page (could be a premium feature) - option (please specify additional effort): Talent pool, where a job seeker creates their account, completes their profile and uploads their CV, and employers (who pay for it) can browse these profiles and contact the job candidates
