Hello, 1. i would do the page speed optimization for you.. would send you a before and after report. 2. You can give me analytics and webmaster access and i can check the on-page and other google errors. 3. For the menu i would have to check the theme as to why it is not appearing and then i can confirm what all is needed to be done for the menu to be horizontal on desktop and the way it is on the mobile or tab. Most probably since the width of the page is set to below 1028px so that is why the menu is not scaling by default. I can only confirm when i have access.
