Login script for softphone installation

The plan is to install softphone that is packaged in an msi file to 150 pc so through network i am planning to push the file and install the application. The issue is that the softphone has dependency where it requires 2 exe files to be installed before running the msi These files are redistributable version of Windows c++ 2010 and 2015u2 exe files in x86 versions. These files to be installed they needs to be run in administrative levels within the logged in user. So i need someone to creat for me an script that will run during login (login script) where it will install the dependency files that their location are in a shared folder due to users are not allowed to download files from the internet to install them. Also the installation process of the files should be done in administrative level through the script, meaning the script will be elevated to an administrator (Windows or but preferably network account) And do all the necessary work Install c++ 2010 first Then c++ 2015 Then the msi files If possible I prefer to have the script check if the msi can be installed and which file requires and do the necessary work. So if you are able to provide me with such a script and instruction on how to use it then provide me an offer and a reference of your capabilities. I want it to be done ASAP
