You will also need to have good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Additionally, you will need to have proficiency in English and Portuguese written languages, as you will be interacting with employees from different countries and cultures. Knowledge of the Spanish language is desirable, but not required.
As a Project Manager Assistant, you will assist the project managers and team members in planning, executing, and closing various projects. You will perform administrative tasks such as preparing documents, updating records, and tracking progress. You will also communicate with linguists, provide project updates and reports, and handle any project inquiries or issues.
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will assist the human resources manager and team in implementing and maintaining human resources policies and procedures. You will perform administrative tasks such as updating employee records and managing teams. You will also communicate with employees and managers, and candidates, provide human resources information and assistance and handle any human resources inquiries or issues.
Furthermore, you will report to the Project Manager and work closely with other team members.
The work will be solely remote, with working hours from 8 to 12 am and 1 to 6 pm Monday to Friday. The contract is a Freelancer, to be paid monthly in US Dollars, converted in reais if payment is a wire transfer in Brazil.
