I have a web server currently hosted by goDaddy: CPU GenuineIntel, Intel(R)Core(TM) i3-2100 CPU @ 3.10GHz Version Parallels Plesk Panel v11.0.9_build110120608.16 os_CentOS 6 OS CentOS 6.4 (Final). The problem is that the my website is very slow and the support at go daddy say there may be Zombie processes on the server and maybe some error in coding my wordpress site or maybe a plugin. I have not coded anything nor do i have advanced knowledge on servers to even mess around. The server has been up for a few days and i keep getting errors when loading the pages. I need someone who understands this problem and can solve it. I am sure it isnt that hard but its beyond me. the website is [login to view URL] if you need to check the issues there. Thanks

I think the problem is easy to solving. If you have access to SSH we can solve the problem very fast. I only need some more information about your server like: - How many RAM is installed? - Which Webserver do you use? Apache? Wordpress is very performance-heavy if many plugins are installed. One solution for this problem is caching of content on a RAM-DISK. The Configuration of this is very simple and i would say we can tune your performance of the server in a few minutes, without some trouble. Otherwise we can tune your webserver configuration, too.

Hello I can take a look on your server. I think for the moment I know what is the problem if godaddy already specify that you have zombies process. It appear on latest more server are using fascgi but there are some problem with this. So basically you have to switch to mod dso or apache module. And make some chmod so that your site work . I think is a general problem on plesk/cpanel with fascgi . So if you want I can take a look ( I nedd plesk admin user and root ) so I can check process we let him 2 day and if is ok then you can award the project .
