Mac Desktop App - NewsTicker RSS Feed(repost)

This project is to make a Mac App version of a simple existing program, which was created by a coder on RAC. It is a desktop RSS feed/scroller program which uses Adobe AIR and Action Script. You can download and run the program in the attachment to get an idea of the project. We will need to either start from scratch or use existing code (im not sure) to create it for Mac App and make the improvements to it below. Description of part which is ALREADY built in Adobe Air - you might need to recode from scratch: The program is the a scrolling custom news feed which runs across the bottom of your screen just like it does on your TV news. News will scroll across the screen from the customized sources which the user picks, with each piece of news being hyperlinked to that piece of news. Please download and run the program while reading this job description, it wil make it much clearerer. Job Description: This job requires to make a Mac App version of this program and make the following additions and improvements: 1. I'd like the ability for an admin to publish content to the user's stream. (most likely pre hardcode an rss feed which the user cannot see or edit through which we can post so that it will appear in the stream? Open to suggestions on how to implement this but idea here is for admin to have ability to be able to push sponsored messages). 2. Admin needs to be able to see how many impressions of their messages have scrolled and how many clicks of those messages have occurred. 3. Analytics of How many are of the program are currently downloaded, and open. 4. Include more facebook content in feed - not just status updates, but whatever content we are allowed to pull.
